We are seeking an Independent Sales Representative or Sales Rep organization that would like to add to their existing lines they rep. The sales territory to sell our products would be the Central / Midwest locations in the United States. The ideal candidate or organization would be someone that has worked within this industry and would understand the market and potential clients.
Pack n Tec is a United States based company located in the heart of the California / Central Valley AG capital of the world, Sacramento. We have been in business 20+ years and have an installed base of customers throughout the Western United States. Our Senior Design Engineer has designed and manufactured some of the largest food processing facilities in the United States that adhere to the most stringent food safety requirements.
Experience
- 5 years+ documented successful outside B2B sales experience.
- Problem solving and consultative sales experience. We sell solutions.
- Background in Equipment Sales, tooling, machining, sheet metal, and fabrication selling within Industrial, AG, Food processing and Manufacturing industries.
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings i.e. Autodesk.
- Develop personal Sales Plans for individual clients through the complete sales cycle, engagement stage, presentations, close sales, manufacturing process through install and commissioning.
- Engage with Plant Managers, Facility Mangers, Engineering Staff and purchasing executives within scope of Pack n Tec ideal customer.
- Must have no issues with cold calling. We closed a $1,000.000 account with a cold call last year.
- Excellent verbal and written communications required to prepare pricing proposals and PowerPoint presentations for in person face to face discussions with customers.
- Must possess high degree of integrity. We have built long term relationships with our customers.
- Travel to your customers within your designated sales territory,
- Proficient with Word, Power Point, Excel and Google Docs,
- A Laptop computer with Wi-Fi capabilities.
- Required Trade Show participation.
Job Type: Full or Part Time
Compensation: Straight Commission. No Cap. This is easily a $100,000.00 plus opportunity within 1 year.
We cover expenses.
